COMPARISON OF MALE AND FEMALE LEADERSHIP STATUS OF FIRST CYCLE HEAD TEACHERS IN THE ATWIMA KWANWOMA DISTRICT

Abstract

The purpose of the paper is to compare the leadership styles of female to that of the male head teachers in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region of Ghana and to investigate the role of gender on educational leadership in the district.
