dc.description Working Capital Management (WCM) is the regulation, adjustment and control of current assets and current liabilities of a firm such that maturing obligations are met and the fixed assets are properly serviced. In order to manage Working Capital (WC), there is the need for financial managers to be able to plan and control current assets as well as current liabilities in a manner that eliminates the risks of inability to meet due short-term obligations (Chakraborty K., 2008). en_US
dc.description.abstract The study investigated and established the relationship between WCM and the performance of rural banks in Ghana. The purpose of the study was to investigate the extent to which a firm’s performance may differ and how the value of the firm changes as a result of efficient management of its working capital. en_US
