Our establishment will improve on the quality and add values to the product as compared to those in the market. The name BEADARD was formulated using the first letters of the names of the shareholders of the firm. en_US
dc.description.abstract Beadard tilapia fish farm is a newly proposed business to be set up in Dompoase-Aprabo, a suburb of Kumasi which is meant to deal in producing tilapia. The farm is meant to be managed by a three member management team involving a general manager/financial controller, operational control/human resources and a marketing manager. Management roles are merged based on the reason to cut down management cost. en_US
