dc.description.abstract	Beadard tilapia fish farm is a newly proposed business to be set up in Dompoase-Aprabo, a suburb of Kumasi which is meant to deal in producing tilapia. The farm is meant to be managed by a three member management team involving a general manager/financial controller, operational control/human resources and a marketing manager.
