Abstract: The discussion on internal communication audits since the 1950s have been deepened yet there are still gaps that exist in literature and practice. This current study examined the importance of networks in ensuring smooth operations in the communication cycles of organizations. The study was a quantitative one and was guided by three objectives namely: 1) To find out the channels used at the different levels at SAQS Pharmacy Limited; 2) to find out the clarity of messages sent to the different levels at SAQS Pharmacy Limited and 3) to find out the internal communication challenges at SAQS Pharmacy Limited. The study concluded that the internal communication networks were effective because the enabled the internal publics to communicate frequently, timely, with clarity and enough information across the operational communication networks of SAQS.
