The lure of an entire people group coming to Christ is the dream of every missionary. The thought that countless thousands might be waiting to hear and respond to the gospel is a passion that fires missionary hearts and minds around the world. This desire can only be realized when the needed resources are mobilized and made available to the church to carry out God’s mission and its resultant fruit of church planting. The church as God’s agent is to engage a world without Christ in such a way as to expand the kingdom of God by drawing people into a life-giving and life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ. But this desire is mostly impeded by the huge financial cost and the unavailability of labourers to carry out God’s missio Dei and church planting. Mission and church planting should be approached with a careful strategy. This research used the ‘nnoboa concept of farming” to develop a missional theology that would help churches to plant daughter churches. The nnoboa mission theology will help churches raise the needed financial help; mobilize the laity in the church for mission and church planting; and how churches could collaborate with each other in fulfilling God’s missio Dei.en_US
