Training gives a feeling of personal satisfaction and achievement and broadens opportunities for career progression. The researcher’s purpose to this study is to identify the importance of training to the development of human resource, suggest appropriate training in the government institution and also to evaluate the investment in training and development to improve future effectiveness.en_US
