| dc.description | Motivation is one of the most important concepts of psychology and very vital for the managers who direct the growth of their subordinates towards worthwhile goals. Managers in an organization accomplish tasks through other people; they oversee the activities of the organization and are responsible for reaching goals. Every organization in the present scenario wants to conduct a feedback about employee satisfaction and then take necessary actions on the feedback provided by the employees. The importance of motivating people at work is noticeable at all levels of organization. A great amount of worldwide wealth occurs in a form of human capital.
