Garamoth limited was registered on 1st June 2011 and the expected commencement date will be 1st January 2012. The capital startup will be one hundred and twenty thousand Ghana cedis (GHC120, 000.00) which will be funded by its first board of directors with each having a corresponding shareholding percentage as so objectively calculated.en_US
