| Abstract: | KAABS snails, is a start-up specialty snail firm to be launched in the coming year. It will sell canned snails to customers including medium and high income residents of Ghana (especially southern Ghana). It will be located at Aputuogya - Kumasi. KAABS snails’ will be established as a limited liability company by its five co-founders. The co-founders will contribute 12% each to make up 60% of the capital needed. The members then will seek for additional funds from potential investors. The company will be managed and directed by Miss Akua Konadu Addai (owner of Adom restaurant). The company intends to produce under hygienic conditions, make the product accessible to customers and earn appropriate returns for the products. |
| Description: | KAABS snails’ will be established as a limited liability company by five co-partners. They are Mr Ebenezer Owusu Bempah, Miss Jennifer Addai, Mr Jamil Kadri, Miss Agnes Sefah and Miss Susan Okyere Baffour. The co-founders will contribute 12% each to make up 60% of the capital needed. The members will then seek for additional funds of 40% from potential investors. The partners will share in management responsibilities. However, final decisions will fall on the Managing Director who is a member of the Board of Directors. |
